This strategic qualification is designed to ensure that senior managers or senior practitioners are effectively qualified to understand restorative approaches and how a restorative strategy could be implemented within their organisation.
The course covers what restorative justice is, how to create strategies and systems, how to implement restorative justice approaches, the setting up of referral and delivery systems as well as working in partnership to deliver restorative justice in your area or organisation.
