On the 13th of March 2014 the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 was given Royal Assent. This brings a number of changes to the tools and powers available to organisations, agencies and practitioners who tackle Anti-Social behaviour.
The Statutory Guidance for Frontline Professionals has now been released by the Home Office.
In support of this the CSP Academy (www.cspacademy.ac.uk) are providing both in house and a national programme of training & briefing events around the use of the new tools and powers.
The CSP Academy BTEC qualifications in ASB Case Working, Case Work Supervision Community Safety and Restorative Justice all incorporate the new legislation as well as the skills and knowledge frontline professionals will need.
