Red Snapper Learning (RSL) is pleased to announce it has been awarded a contract to provide Equality Impact Assessment (EQIA) training for Warwickshire Police.
RSL will be delivering a tailored EQIA product for Warwickshire Police. The sessions will utilise real-life case studies, Warwickshire Police scenarios, and small group work to ensure a comprehensive and engaging learning experience.
The RSL EDI division was launched in 2022 with a mission of providing relevant, highly tailored and impactful training and mentoring services to the public safety and emergency services sectors.
RSL is committed to evaluating the impact of the training on both an individual and programmatic basis. The company will provide ongoing support, including a digital Hub, consultancy support, and access to a ground-breaking digital course aimed at challenging racist and misogynistic attitudes.
