Red Snapper Learning (RSL) is delighted to announce that it has secured a new contract with DEFRA to deliver the Environment Agency’s National Enforcement training programmes.
Under this new contract, RSL will deliver a series of enforcement training courses, including interviewing, investigation skills, disclosure, hostile situations, intelligence, and personal safety training. These courses will enhance the EA staff’s core investigative skills by empowering them with the skills and knowledge to deliver their enforcement activities.
RSL will work in partnership with EA to meet its objectives of modernising and professionalising enforcement within the organisation while also providing an inclusive and safe environment for delegates to learn.
Commenting on the win Dipesh Mistry, Head of RSL’s regulatory services training practice stated;

RSL will deliver training to approximately 1400 staff per year. The contract is for a five year period subject to performance.
RSL will support the delivery of the core training programmes by providing an innovative digital CPD programme to support continual learning.
