Overview
All HOLMES courses are available for upskill and refresher training. Training can be delivered at sites located across the country or we can provide a mobile classroom and deliver the training at customer sites.
Learning Objectives
At the end of the course students will leave with an understanding of:
- Receiving documentation and entering the Major Incident Room (MIR)
- Moving returned Actions to the Action Complete queue on Holmes
- Appropriate elimination codes
- Accessing urgent messages

The course duration is dependent on the content and can vary according to training needs and regional variances.
