Aim

To ensure participants are fully aware of and are able to conduct, fair recruitment practices with confidence.

 

Objectives

By the end of the course participants will be able to:

  • Identify specific aspects of the law and how to apply it to the recruitment and selection process
  • Understand how unconscious bias may impact decision making during the stages of recruitment
  • Apply fair and inclusive practice with respect to each stage of the recruitment and selection process
