Red Snapper Learning, part of the Red Snapper Group, is a leading provider of education and professional development services to organisations across the public and regulated sectors. We deliver a broad portfolio of courses to over 1,000 organisations in the UK and internationally. Our clients include police forces, local authorities, central government departments and agencies, housing providers, regulatory bodies, safeguarding partnerships, and organisations working in health, social care, and community safety.

Our core programmes focus on the frameworks, responsibilities, and practical skills that underpin effective public service delivery. This includes areas such as investigation and enforcement, safeguarding, public protection, regulatory practice, offender management and rehabilitation, prevention and early intervention, and ethical, lawful decision-making.

We work with one of the largest specialist trainer networks in the sector, combining subject matter expertise with real-world experience. Our learning approaches include scenario-based exercises, facilitated discussion, classroom learning, and immersive practical activities such as role play.
