All HOLMES courses are available for upskill and refresher training. Training can be delivered at sites located across the country or we can provide a mobile classroom and deliver the training at customer sites.

  • Accessing documentation on HOLMES
  • Maintaining events file
  • Make sure national guidelines for case management are followed in unresolved cases
